John Hancock Estate

Originally owned by representatives of one of Boston’s most prominent dignitaries, the John Hancock Estate was a massive, architecturally stunning row house located in the city’s historic South End. The building’s nineteenth-century interior was adorned with ornate crown moldings, decorative fireplace mantles, and rich mahogany doors, all of which boasted iron handles engraved with John Hancock’s initials. Unfortunately, years of wear and tear had left its lavish features in a state of disrepair. Working tirelessly, we restored the John Hancock Estate, transforming the dilapidated building into striking condominiums that incorporated the best of Victorian and contemporary design.
